I have had the privilege for the last year to be featured Tuesdays on one of Utah’s most popular morning radio shows, the Z-Morning Zoo at 97.1zht. Every week dog owners call in with dog training and dog behavior questions and I (along with the hosts) provide insight into why the negative behaviors are happening and what can be done to fix the issues.
The whole experience is a lot of fun every week. The radio hosts, Frankie C., Danger Boy, and Jessica are hilarious and are all dog lovers themselves. Even though it requires me to get up very early on Tuesdays it is still a great time and I’m glad to share the lessons and experiences I have learned throughout the years in my dog training adventures.
Up until now this call in show has mostly catered to local Utah residents, which is great. I would love, however, to get a wider audience calling in and therefore get a wider set of dog problems and issues. I think it would make the show that much more interesting if dog owners were calling in from different parts of the country or the world. So if you don’t live in Utah, but would still like to take part on the show by calling in and asking your dog related question I will give the contact information below. I hope to hear from you on Tuesday.
The dog training segment is on nearly every Tuesday starting at 7:30 am Mountain Standard Time. We normally finish anywhere between 8-8:30 am. The phone numbers are as follows:
801-470-1971
801-570-1971
801-670-1971
If you want to listen to the show through live streaming audio from anywhere in the world just visit this website and you will see in the upper right hand corner a link that says “Now Playing…Listen Live”. Click on the link and you are ready to go.
If you want to text a question you can text in at 82945. This is a great opportunity to get some free dog training information, I hope to hear from you soon.
